We had several people come in to give us quotes on a built in desk but when waddells custom furniture came I could tell just by the questions he asked that he knew what he was doing and would give what I wanted. He communicated with me regularly during the process to give me updates on when it would’ve ready for install. I am very happy with the finished product. He put extra thought into it to install a small door on hinges to access the outlet behind the desk. When we realized I hadn’t thought of all the holes needed for cables he gladly came back the next day to add more.
I was completely comfortable during the entire process and knew I would get a good product.

I had Waddell’s Custom Furniture build me 3 pieces....built ins on both sides of my fireplace, a custom desk and shelves in my home office, and a linen cabinet and shoe shelves in my closet. They took my ideas and made them even better! The quality of work, great customer service and price makes them easy to recommend. The pride they take in their work is evident.

Mr. Waddell created a beautiful coffee and wine cabinet that matches our existing cabinets perfectly. He took our ideas and made them come to life. He pays attention to detail and communicates timeline from start to finish. He is a true craftsman!

Our family was in desperate need of organization with style in our main living areas. We searched and searched for the perfect people to do business with and man did we do well! Waddell’s Custom Furniture did EXACTLY what we wanted, they maximized our small living areas and increased the functionality with style. The installation only took one day, and was done the right way. My husband and I felt completely informed about the schedule and installation process every single step of the way. This installation was a life changer for our family! I could go on and on, but bottom line is...if you’re looking for someone to customize your home with the highest level of professionalism, these are your people! THANK YOU! We absolutely love this piece! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From start to finish these gentlemen went above and beyond to build a custom kennel! They took my rambling and crafted, not only a great place for the family pets to relax, but, an amazing staple in our home. If you need custom woodwork, these are the guys to do the job! I highly recommend Waddell's Custom Furniture for any of your built in needs. He did 4 projects for me and they all turned out even better than expected. I showed him pictures of my designs and he created them perfectly to fit my space. I will be using him again soon to do my master closet!

They built a gorgeous window seat with storage and two beautiful floating selves for an alcove. Nothing in my house is square or symmetrical and they worked meticulously to make it perfect. Couldn't be happier!!

Beginning to end, the Waddell's provided excellent design, service and installation of two large built-in shelving units customized for us. The customization included TV and media cabinets to include two large vinyl record pull out drawers. Everything fit well and looks great. There was a tremendous amount of detail put into all the trim and molding as well to make sure all matched with existing paint and trim. Great job all around and we certainly enjoy staring at them as they make the living room look like a new house. Thanks.

They did a large project for us; game room built ins. It was very helpful that they mocked up the design ahead of time and were able to give me an accurate quote early on. Good quality work and great to work with.
